Moving soul shield shards?

I have a nice line of ones I have that are all the same, but then the ones above and below that nice pretty line are all Blackram Critical soul shields. But they won't go to the same line themselves. I have tried to unequip and move them around in inventory and put in warehouse and stuff all to no avail. It's getting really annoying D:

They both got "Blackram" in their name but they're still from different sets, I believe that even the required level to equip them is different.

That's the ticket. I just checked, they are different levels. They seem to be the same set though because they work together as far as the set bonus. Hmm, odd
