Catslick Posted January 20, 2016 Share Posted January 20, 2016 I was very happy that BnS is finally here. I wanted to play, waited in queue many times now... only to see the game crash. After each queue, my game shows me option to send report to NCSoft. No error log to check what is wrong, no error code. And yes, my Razer Game Scanner service is disabled (no Asus service here). With no readable error log i am not able to find what is causing this problem... any help? Maybe there is some kind of error log i can find...? ps. i reinstalled the game twice, i tried also repairing it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Sereph Posted January 20, 2016 Share Posted January 20, 2016 Same problem. I can select my character but the queue never goes all the way and then I get disconnected. No Razer or Asus programs, strong internet connection. I'm in the U,S. so it's not a region problem. Please fix this NCSoft. We've been waiting YEARS to play this game.
