quest advance

I have been trying to advance my toon but I cant get  past reading letter.I have not gotten any help from nc soft.I cant advance to the nest quest line still lvl 1.anybody have any ideas please.Thanks

The Silverfrost Mountains patch is not out yet. The quest is there, but you're not supposed to be able to do it. You have reached the end of current main quest.
