A few questions

First - is it possible to have the minimum graphic settings without the windowed mode forced in? When I hit the option to 'optimize for low-end pc' it goes into windowed mode with the lowest resolution, and lowers the settings to minimum. However, when I try to manually set everything to low and keep the full-screen mode on, for some reason it doesn't use the lowest settings possible. Anyway to use the 'optimize for low-end pc' option with full-screen?

 

Second - anyone knows where to download japanese/chinese/korean voiceover files?
