Today I was trying to get the "stalker jiangshi outfit chest". I got many items, but still cant get the outfit, because whenever I spin the wheel to the number 6( i guess it must be the outfit)   i get an error messeage: " I don't meet the requirements of this item".  I'm lvl 10 and i saw this outfit on many lvl 10 people. I really don't know why i can't get it.  Anyone?

You get this error when someone else is using the wheel, has nothing to do if you get it or not.

But it stops and says it only at the number 6.  Why?

No idea why, maybe someone else who used it is really lucky. Keep trying, eventually you'll get it!

Update:  I got the outfit, seems like I was just unlucky until now. :D
