Game randomly crashes out without explanation

Just like the title says - every 30-45 minutes my game randomly crashes to desktop. Basically, it freezes up for 2 - 3 seconds and crashes and gives me this nice little text box

 

Normally I can just restart the game and get in within a minute or 2 (granted the queues aren't too insane). Other times, I get a popup where it says that the guard software that's installed with the game is already running to which I respond by just closing out of B&S in task manager.

Specs:
Intel i5 4590

8 GB RAM

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 (6 GB)

Windows 10 OS

 

Any idea what's going on or at least where I can find some crash logs to help identify the cause?
