Mi instalattion files don't dowload the NCWEST folder

I was with the full game working fine, then i delete the ncwest folder after i unistall the game but now the client dont dowload the ncwest folder and when i install the gameclient the blade and soul icon has a problem for find NClauncher.exe because it dosnt exist, how can i dowload again the folder of ncwest?
