Dissconected from the server (2000) (132,10054)

Everytime i put in my PIN it just dissconects me saying "Dissconected from the server (2000) (132,10054)"
what should i do? tried both NA and EU servers, neither of them work for me.

this is error for ip problem juse use VPN

Its a problem on their part guys, theres really nothing you can do until they get the servers back up, what would be nice is if they could have a server status page on the website like Tera :/
