Blade and Soul offline installer ?

Hi, I just want to ask that if there is any full game installer for Blade and Soul ? Because I'm from Vietnam and the downloader is too slow for me, only get 100kb/s, which take a lot of time to complete, when normal I can get up to 3mb/s. I tried using torrent with the .torrent file inside the downloader folder but seems it's no work. Can anyone upload the game to some fast hoster like Google Drive or MEGA for me ? It would be appriciate. Thank you for reading this :)
