Issue with being stuck in First person

So when I was playing yesterday my game somehow ended up in first person (I think after a cutscene) and then I couldn't use the scroll wheel or the home and end keys to change back to third person. It only fixed when I restarted the game. It happened again today but I didn't want to restart because of the player queue. Has anyone or does anyone know of a solution to this. Pls help.

ok i just had this issue what you'll do is go to settings then in camera under mouse over option you'll have to uncheck keep character in camera focus and boom you'll be able to see your character in third person

Should bump/sticky this post -- unchecking "Keep Character in Camera Focus" did fix the "stuck in first-person mode" issue
