WASD movements aren't working!!

Character doesn't move when using the WASD keys, but when my friend uses the "Shift + W" or "Double-Tap W", she can hear the character grunt and her stamina goes down without moving her character. Help ASAP.

Edit: Keybinding the movements to other keys doesn't work and still gets the same results other than on the "ARROW" keys.
