Hongmoon Necklace

Anyone here well experienced if played on other servers? Im in a bit of a bind

I accidentally fed my Hongmoon Necklace to this Necklace and I was wondering if there is a way I can get a new Hongmoon Necklace. Like buy from a specific NPC, drop from a dungeon or something. Steal it from an alt in questing X_X

or am I screwed with this downgraded thing.
