Disappearance of Transcendence Costume received within the Master Package

Hello,

Anyone knows what is the medium response time for a support ticket ?

Transcendence Costume received within the MasterPack for my character disappeared from my bag ... and I do not remember to drop it, even by mistake. Simply disappeared. 

I posted a ticket right away, 4 days ago, but still no answer.

In the end, everything was OK.

Support was perfect. I suppose was a little delayed but is normal in these days.
