Loading Screen Crash

I know there's a lot of topics about crashes but I didn't find a solution, so I'll explain my problem here. I played the game without crashing for about an hour. I got level 5 on a blademaster and I got to this quest where you have to do the first part of the Class Quest (the purple one). When I got to the purple arrow on the map, there was a portal which lead me to a loading screen. This loading screen makes me crash every time. The little animation just does not start and a error message comes after 30 seconds and ends the game and then I have to re-log and wait in queue for a good 35 minutes... I've tried to pass this portal like 5 times and it doesn't work. I have no other program running in background and I'm running the game at 30 fps in low quality. Any idea?
