Typo and Landscape mistake/bug

So I was doing quests and noticed a typo in a quest and a bug where there was a hole in the floor, not really a big deal but thought i should let the forums know and maybe the dev's this way.

Typo:

Quest Name: A Dynamite Plan 

Region: The Cinderlands: Dustwind Desert

Typo: -wReport to Sukatu
