Purchase Ncoin but no coins in balance

You actually spent money on this game??? xDDD you got worked over. This is a company that creates a forum specifically for telling its players all the known bugs in the game instead of just fixing them. This company is garbage.

You have no idea how game development works, and thats okay. But the devs are working to fix this so dont be a dink (and I should care, I just spent 20 dollars and its in limbo right now). Looking at your other posts you might just be a troll though.

GAME DEVELOPMENT IS A PART OF THE COMPANIES JOB!! GETTING GAMERS TO DO IT FOR THEM IS A WAY OF GETTING FREE LABOR. THEY MADE PEOPLE PAY SO THEY COULD GET ACCESS TO THE BETA AS WELL. THIS COMPANY IS A CON ARTIST YOU FOOLS!

Hi, sorry there is another issue with our shoddy game, we hope you will still spend money on us even though we are a useless company that cannot learn from any other companies past mistakes. check out this link to some info that isn't going to do jack sh!t for you. We are trying, but our company is in full panic mode because we are dropping the ball hard and will more then likely flop as a result.

Thanks for letting us know you are looking into it! Launches are always complicated and tedious and challenging, so you have my sympathy for having to deal with several weeks of hell.

Thanks again for the update. It would have sucked to get the coins, spend them, and then have to deal with shop issues because you had fixed the coins first. Probably the best order priority.
