Sometimes it can take a while to get the credits into your account. I remember waiting an hour to get credits into my account for Exteel back int he day.

Looks like they are having a problem with Ncoin balances.  The in-game store is now unable to get people's NCoin balance.  Something broke.

kinda beats the concept of buying premium to log in faster since you gotta wait for the credits. oh well.

I don't like this kind of service. We bought NCoin to be premium for server queues and here we are IN QUEUE waiting for the NCoin we bought. Sucks!

My ticket I made was created over an hour ago, yet it appears about 8 minutes ago this time was reset.  Now it says I made it 8 minutes ago...

Really not happy.  Does the support system now have a queue that you can get kicked out from as well?
