Account locked for using WTFast????

My account got locked because I was using WTFast...

 

I emailed support@bladedandsoul.com but didn't any answer.... what is the phone # or live chat for support? I payed $125 for access and now the account is locked....

I am in the same boat, although I paid for the initiate pack, it's still money down the drain.

 

Since I live it Australia, my ping is automatically shit and since BnS refuse to assist us players, WTFast is the only thing I can use to get my ping down from high 300s to 170s.

 

I made this account to send a ticket and also sent an e-mail to said e-mail address using the affected account.

 

There has been numerous fed up users here and on reddit.

 

We just have to be patient while the gold selling bots live on.

thats crazy, i never even knew about WTFast until now lol and to think i was always jealous about how awesome Australians are. gotta love USA haha

I am also in the same boat as you guys, same deal I've sent them a ticket and hopefully they will take care of this soon, its a little ridiculous that we can even get locked for using a  VPN especially without any warnings of any sort, I hope this gets taken care of soon.

I have heard one bloke who waited for 36 hours, for only NCSOFT to change the status of his ticket to resolved (Mind you, this is without any remedy, his account is still locked so he had to re-submit another).

 

Meanwhile, the gold bots are getting richer...

Just make sure to send them an Email to their actual Email account rather than just submit a ticket, it was support@bladeandsoul.com. thats where i sent mine, I really do hope that this is resolved quickly.
