Generally happens on loading screens - after selecting a character or when going into dungeons/new areas.

I've been having this issue since CBT and made two threads about it during those times. None of which have been addressed.

Same is happening to me.

However if you switch your channel right before you about to enter a new area/dungeon then it sometimes helps. But at the moment I am continuously crashing when trying to enter Blackram South Anchor (or a similar name can't think of it off the top of my head). So if anyone has  a fix to this issue that would be great.

Hey Lowkeyd,

From what we understand, this is an issue when there is a lack of connection to the server. It's possible that there was a moment of temporary Internet loss either on your end or ours that would cause this error. Are you by chance using Wi-Fi?

Please put in a Support Ticket as well so that we can get some more system specs to see if it's something else.

Thank you!

Nope, I'm hardwired and my wifi is turned off.

A support ticket is on its way, thanks for the reply!

Yes, feel free to do that and our support team will try to help. We can't guarantee a full response unlike with the Support Ticket, but it may help.

yeah the same thing happened to me at first, you actually have to creep into the dungeon. For Ex: get 3m close to it and go from one wall to the other and then slowly creep into it and you should be able to enter. it wont even show the loading screen. if you do get the loading screen try creeping in again.
P.S. sorry it took so long to reply. Hope this helps!

That doesn't work all the time though.

I usually try to do this and it's somewhat 50/50.

dont u just love how ncsoft keeps blaming wifi as cause of issue when about  1/2 of the game population is having  same issue regardless of using wifi or not they need to get off their asses and actually fix the issue

i hope they have already fixed it. this game is getting a patch some time this month.
