During the closed beta, I did obtain one for my character. Obviously there was a wipe but some people were able to get them back. Just wondering how, if anyone knows.

the hongmoon store has them still for sale.  Not cheap though.  I also think it is only available for like 10 more days.  Not that long.

And that is why, you have to go into the details to be able to receive it...

They are (or at least were during headstart) for sale in the store for 1200.
