Item off transfer ticket never solved

Hi there, is there anyone here have the same problem that a ticket which used to help Blade&Soul team solve a problem but not solved back?
I want to expand my inventory. I have the master pack, but I can't get it for days.
I sent a ticket by the appeal of Blade&Soul team to transfer my char from Overpopulation to another server.
But wow, the trash appeal. We help you out but you didn't help me. How come? 
It's not only one or 2 days; it's four days.
Today is the release date. I bought the master pack but I'm playing under a worse condition other than a free to play player.

I know the team must have many works, but their works aren't in Queue? 
But we are in.
The way they solve problems, the wait I'm crying.
I have a dream of a game with a good team who communicate with players, as well as users, even they can't or not yet finished an issue.
I have a dream of buying premium for support, for the ticket I'm submitting. 
I love this game, I love to be in, I love it as I love my skin.

I'm shy by what I did buy.
Does your team die or you don't let me in your mind?
