I read a post and it said that Cat is the only pet option for Summoner. Is this true? Does anyone know if they plan on adding other pets?

 

I love cats and all, but really? Just a cat? No dog?

yup, only cat. dont worry the costume u get for yr cat is pretty less feminine haha actually quite cool.

Some cat costumes are incredibly feminine and cutesy, some cat costumes are more manly and mean looking. You just have to find them.

Thanks you two! I think regardless I still want to play it, I've been looking forward to playing a pet based class again. I found a nice look for my character, hoping the pet cat has good customization

Hi Entellex,

 

When you first get your cat pet, you can choose between several preset options.

 

Later on, you can customize its appearance with in-game currency. You can also equip items onto the cat for more customization. These equipment items can be bought in the store or dropped from monsters.

There are a lot of customisation options available for your Familiar, not just costumes either!

I'm fine with it being a cat, but them standing on 2 feet is kinda weird. Then again, they're "familiars" not a regular house cat. =P I got a siamese one.

I love the cat animations, and you hear him or her mewling and purring while fighting XD

I picked a cat almost twice the size of my Lyn. XD

Uh there's a cat, Fido, that talks like a dog sometimes, it also barks so... it's a good option for you ^^'
