Can't create character on any EU server

Hi,

I can't seem to be able to create a new (and first) character on the EU servers. I tried all non-language specific servers and <FR> servers.

Here's the error message:

Failed to create character. Please try again later.

 

I'm aware there is some kind of character creation rotation, but obviously it's something else.

Same problem... Maybe all server is full, try again one hours :)

Alright, I discovered the save appearance feature, that's what worried me the most after spending time at excellent character creation.  ;)
