Stuck on Ch 6: The Honorable Mayor/Way of the Summoner

Has anyone else gotten stuck on these quests?  I went into the abandoned well to do these quests and found the mayor.  After that I went into the area where Hajoon was and cleared the Way of the Summoner Quest.  After doing that I'm now stuck in the area where Hajoon was and can't exit through the barrier to get back into the other part of the abandoned mine.  I'm not sure if I'm missing something or an genuinely stuck.

there should be a portal around hajoon, take that out.

There's a portal at the very end of that room check around.
