I need help downloading the game

I keep getting error E02018 and cannot complete the download

edit: i did download the installer from the main page (not the CBT)

I don't know if its me, the game, or I'm still missing something, but whenever I go to click on the download button on the top of the webpage its bring me to his big button to sign up for the newsletter and doesn't give me anything else to choose from to download. 

 

Is there anything I'm doing wrong or that I missed? Cause I have no idea.
