Help pls

Hi my game was fine yesterday but after today's patch i have started to get e03008 error and ive looked up some solutions and i found out that i have to delete all microsoft c++ programs and download a new one so i did download the 64bit one. but it still didn't work so i kept on searching and someone said that i need to download the 86 bit version as well and after i did that everytime i open the launcher i get this message ( unsupported 16 bit application ) * the program or future cannot start or run due to incompatibity with 64 bit versions of windows. Please contact the software vendorto ask if a 64 bit windows compatible version is available* ive putted a ticket but i still didn't get any help does that mean i need to solve both problems now ? pls help
