Game will not run after login screen

Every time I try to open BnS, I get the login screen, put in my information and hit enter. The screen then disappears and then... nothing. Nothing pops up letting me know the game is running, nothing is happening in the background, it just closes and does nothing at all.

I've downloaded, installed, uninstalled and re-downloaded this game multiple times from the site but I can not get it to run. Please help, I would really like to play this game

EDIT: SOLUTION HAS BEEN FOUND! REJOICE!

Step 1) Open up cmd.exe (by right-clicking and choosing "Run as Administrator"

Step 2) Write this in the command prompt - netsh winsock show catalog>:C\LSP.txt ,  after that hit Enter

Step 3) Write this in the command prmpt again - netsh winsock reset , and hit Enter (It should say that it is complete and that you would need a restart, I did not restart and it still worked)

Step 4) You're done, now try and logging in.
