Blackscreen / chat bugged?

Anybody else got blackscreen after skipping cutscenes?

I recently get it alot when i don't want to watch the cutscene and get a blackscreen after skipping it, but i do hear sounds but it seems like i don't move either.

 

Is the chat also sometimes bugged when you are in a party and you type but never appears, but it does appear in say chat.
