i really am getting annoyed by the laggish service of ncsoft, iknow the game is just 1 day online and that the whole world wants to play this game extremely bad.
but come on. i've tried everything they said i should do to fix the bugs, but nothing helps. my last resort now is upgrading to windows 10. and really tbh i'm not really happy with that. my more than happy with my win7U system.

NCSOFT YOU BETTER FIX THIS SHIT REALLY FAST!!!

Ok. On a hunch I tried something that worked. I use 360 Total Security for my antivirus software. I added the two folders to the whitelist (trusted) that B&S installed to. The C:\Program Files (x86)\NCWest\ folder and the actual game installation folders. The game started right up. No more errors. So just a suggestion if you are seeing this error code make sure your anti-virus software is not testing with a false positive and blocking the app from running.

Hope this helps some people get their B&S on!

It's work!

or

  1. Open your NC Launcher folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\NCWest\NCLauncher) and right-click on the NCLauncher.ini file, select Cut, minimize the window, right-click on your Desktop and select Paste.
  2. Once the file is on the desktop right-click on it and select Edit.
  3. Next to SelfUpdate change the 1 to a 0, save and close the window.
  4. Right-click on the NCLauncher.ini file and select Cut again. Next, open the NC Launcher folder window, right-click into the empty space in the folder and select Paste.
