Friend is having problems with the game launcher

Anyone know the problem or the solution to this?

Right click on BNS shortcut on desktop > proprieties and then >>

 

 

Try this and see if helps,  I had a different problem, but a friend of mine had a problem more similar to yours and this helped for him also :)

Bump the heck out of this because it fixed hours of pain. I am running windows 10 and I believe the solution is changing the compatibility mode. I changed mine to windows 8 and it worked.
