Then I'm not the only one to experience this anomaly ... I hope you resolve that despite this setback is to enter a PIN, is still the title and the game does not start.
This is a really nice game, although I only played last night for an hour or so, but I fell in love and now .... splat ... problem ...

Just in case folks missed the earlier post by a CM: 
 

Greetings,

 

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties affecting Blade & Soul European Servers. The issue started approximately at 2.55pm UTC / 3.55pm CET. Our teams have been made aware of this issue and are currently working on a resolution. At this time we are unable to provide more information on when servers will be accessible again for everyone but we will make sure to keep this thread updated as soon as we have more details to share.

 

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

 

Though I feel it would be incredibly beneficial to have a news feed on the games title screen along with a server status element.

This is bullshit! Came home after a long day of work just to find the game down..

It makes me pretty angry, that they still have this much trouble with the game. If you take a look at the queues I bet a LOT of people already have grown tired of it and left. This is just sad

I waiting the problem solved, me love the game :) and the problem noot understand, wait the support and , announcements the started server me move play....I problem the game send mail NCcoins. not understand the mail not free? me not like the mail not free :((

Hey guys Meikitamemo here :)

 

I noticed that the server today freezed like a boss for like i don't know a min or 2?

After that everything went back to normal and everyone could still play even though people spoke about a 24h Maintenance?

While playing (after the big freeze today) i noticed that somehow my game had no sound , i check volume options @ Windows and the game wasn't there to adjust sound (if needed).

So i though you know what i am going to reboot the game to get the in-game sound back but now i have a new issue , the screen won't continue to the accept thing so i can enter the game , however i was able to enter my Pin Code.

 

But the funny thing is my mate is still online in the game (currently) and now i wonder is the server down? if so why is my mate + tons of People still in game?

 

I tried rebooting game 4x

I tried rebooting PC x1

I am not going to try to delete game :p and re-instal it.

 

So are the servers down or not? XD

they fix one problem, and immidiatly gets another bug/crash.

I cant belive what i see in BNS start, its NOT BETA TEST, ITS OFFICIAL GAME RELEASE, and why - everytime i trying to play this game it make some new crash and bugs that i have to fix in next few days. 

im going back to my BDO , will check BNS in few weeks...

Don't get me wrong man but there are many reasons why not to blame the Developers for this but the people that make the patches for EU.

In Korea this game was released on the 13th of September in 2013.

They eventually released it here in Europe in 19-01-2016

This game and i am 100% sure of that runs like a charm in Korea but it's the people that have to Translate everything , etc that are to blame for this.

But what i am trying to say is that this game is new in Europe cut them some slack man :)

 

They could've announced it but you know it's better if it's offline and getting some fixes then it is open 24/7 and rarely get Maintenances.

This game had a lot more issues then just bugs and glitches , and to take care of them takes time xD

 

I find it to bad i cannot play but i've played a lot of mmo's who only have a maintance for once every few month's and let me tell u mate that works like sh!t.

 

Maintenance means they care for improvements.

This is why i always start as a Free2Play player ;) if u spend , you expect a whole lot more to come out of them :) but they can't go faster then that they are already doing :)

They are now restarting all the EU servers, servers will be back online aproximately in 30(ish) minutes. Earlier the servers weren't down but players weren't able to login to the game. I logged in this morning just fine, same as my boyfriend but crashed about 1,5 hours ago and wasn't able to log back in to the game. I recommend Going to the website's front page whenever experiencing an issue like this one and pressing "NEWS" At the right side of the screen you will see their Twitter feed live and they usually update it promtly whenever they have new information. :)

Not too long ago the NA servers were having issues instead of the EU servers. B&S is a heavily ping dependant game (depending on your class of choice) so at least check your ping before moving. :D
