Suzutaka Posted January 19, 2016 Share Posted January 19, 2016 Hello I have a problem with the game, namely after about 15 - 20 minutes into the game stutters my client ( no answer) . Jouju Posted January 19, 2016 Share Posted January 19, 2016 Try these: 1- Disable your firewall. 2- Disable your Anti-Virus. 3- Run the game as Administrator. 4- Run the game in a compatibility with Windows 8.1, 7 or XP (SP2 or 3). Does this problem happen after a specific thing you do in the game or just randomly? What is your OS and x64 or x32 (x86) bit? I don't understand the problem exactly, does the game client stop responding or does it seems like lag or something? You better post a screenshot.. Razer: Go to task manager Choose "Services" Find "Razer Chroma SDK Service" and choose it You can't stop it by right clicking it, it says access denied. You need to click that "Services"-button on lower right. Find "Razer Chroma SDK Service" again, click "Actions" and "Stop" (it's grayed out on me, because I've already done it) Click "Actions" again and choose "Properties" Open the "Startup type"-drop box, and choose "Disabled", Apply, OK.
