Can't create a character on Master Hong?

Bruh I live in Canada and would kill to play with m'friends on Master Hong server but it says I can't create a character there.

No reason specified, just "make it another server" or something. Bruh I ain't chill aboot this.

It is locked due to too many people creating characters there. You will have to wait till they open it. Read the New and Announcement section.
