Endless Home screen

After  i entered the PIN, game got stuck in the home screen  with the inro, i didnt get access to the character creation and all the keys arent doing anything, howerver, if i alt+f4 the game, the screen changes
  
  
 Tried running as administrator/without firewall, nothing changed
