Game won't start

Hey.I've downloaded the game and everytime I try to open it it gets stuck on the BnS logo.I made a clean install 2 times now,still won't work.

The launcher starts,I press play,the logo appears and it just stays there,nothing happens.

 

Here are my specs (I know,not the best ones but I should be able to run the game) : 

Memory: 2gb of ram DDR 2 (didn't upgrade in a while)

GPU : GeForce GTX 460

CPU : Pentium Dual-Core E6600 @ 3.06ghz

 

Currently running Windows 7 Ultimate

If you need more info tell me what exactly :)

I don't know the solution so try these:
 

1- Disable your firewall.
2- Disable your Anti-Virus.

3- Run the game as Administrator.

4- Run the game in a compatibility with Windows 8.1, 7 or XP (SP2 or 3).

Is this the NCSoft Lite Installer?
Did you download the 8.5gb client yet?
