Descending download speed

This is the first time I've seen something like this. My download speed will start at 1/mbs and slowly descend down to around 10/kbs, and then jump back up only to descend again.

I tested a download on steam, and PS4 and my browser and they stayed at a consistent 1/mbs download speed. I think it's probably a server thing, or something like that.
Any idea why this is happening?

Yeah man i am having the literal same exact issue. it was 15 mb away from completing and then it kept doing that. I submitted a ticket, maybe they can help. I think it is hopefully the servers were overloaded with people downloading? I dunno. If you find a answer please message me if that is possible.

Lucky mine goes down to from 2mb to 15kb......

This happens to me also, I think this is normal since the downloaded data is increasing normally, this is certainly a shadow speed which appears decrease while it's actually constant at an average rate..

Confirmed.... I tested it as well and it's normal download speed, I guess it's a launcher bug of some sort.
