Servers blocked?

I wanted to create me a character to play with my clan of friends in Windrest and I get as locked I think that is because there are many players on that server, but should let me play because people who want to play with friends and going to do it ?

 

As windrest could play with my friends in our clan?

look in news area for info on server locks, and if you have problems with time zones try google.

yes. my Friends cant join to same server :( ....  pls. open server or . give me change server to mi character T_T
