Launcher wont let me play??

Okay so when i open blade and soul, you put your username and pass, and after that the NCsoft game launcher for b&s comes out then it starts to verify the game, but after verifying, what happens is that another loadable content happens, it starts to repair "Verifying > Repairing" comes out, but it doesnt load? and it wont let me start the game.

 

Earlier today i got into the game and i got into character create but i got DC\ed because my net was slow. but now it wont open. Can anyone help? I've been waiting for this game for a long time now :(

The repairing part says "Verifying > repairing" then the "time remaining: 1 min" but it wont move, the download wont move, its still "0% (0bytes/84bytes)"

i just got into the game now, but its hard to get in the game. i think its because a lot of people are tryna get in the game at the same time. I hope this issue can be fixed so all players will enjoy the game with ease :)
