Failed to connect to server 104

Been getting "failed to connect to server 104" error after inputting my one time password since official launch.

 

Already re-downloaded the game and tried different regions but still get the error.

 

Anyone get this error and anyone know how to get past it.

There is an issue with it im assuming right now. a mass majority of ppl are saying they're getting D/Ced randomly all the time, I myself have been D/ced literally 40times within the last 24hrs. T_T

I'm not expecting to play right away but at the very least i want to get to the server selection list or to the options menu so i can tweak it while i wait for the game to be playable.

 

At least then i'll know it's not something to do with me x-x

I am getting the same error and can find NO solution to it at all.  Blade and Soul so far is a train wreck for me. GG

I mean what does 104 even mean?

 

Also i get no sound.

Ok the sound thing was my fault.

 

However after submitting a ticket i was told to change my character pin for BnS via the account settings menu. However i could now on this account so i made a new account and created a new pin and was able to get into the game.

 

If your pin is all the same number, as mine was then change it. It seems to be the cause for the error.

 

Although now when i try to connect to the EU servers i get 200 error but connecting to NA is fine. meh.
