Can't uninstall the game

Hi guys ,
I'm having a bit of a technical issue. I tried uninstalling the game but it tells me that "the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable"

They keep prompting me to search for a folder containing the installation package 'setup.msi' to continue the uninstallation.
