Crashes before even starting

So the game works fine on my PC but keeps crashing before even properly starting on my Laptop.

After I cick the "Play"-Button the Logo pops up and a few seconds later it crashes and asks me if I want to send a report.

I checked the forum and I didn't find a thread that had the same problem as me, most people at least can start the game.

Some more information that usually gets asked:

- I don't use programs like WTFast.

- I do have a Razer mouse but even if I shut down the Laptop, unplug it and start it again it still crashes.

- Windows 8.1

Specs:

-Intel Core i7-4702MQ 2.2GHz

-NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760M

-32GB Ram

Have the exact same problem

Try changing the compatibility with win7
Run as administrator
