Disconnected error (100)(132,10053)

so i've been having this all day, its always during the first loading screen.

windows defender is off.

I live in australia, i've tried different servers, so far nothing seemed to work.

been waiting for this ever since 2012.

honestly fml.

 

edit: the error code is actually (1000)(132.10053), not 100

I am having the same issue, problem has been going on for about 2 weeks now. it is frustrating.
