Cant connect to europe

I already have founder pack,but when im trying to connect to the europe server its says:failed to connect to server(200) but the NA server works fine. how can i fix it?

same error. cant connect to EU, can connect to NA.

i just wanted to switch chars, it logged me out, and i wasnt able to reconnect since then.
