Tutorial Message Stuck on Screen

I have a message about using side quests to level faster stuck in the middle of my screen. I tried to re-log but nothing changed. It blinks occasional after I load in to a place but then it just remains there. Any suggestions that might fix this aside from reinstallation? because that would be a huge bummer.

Same here. The message starts with an acclamation mark and is in bold yellow in the mid of the screen. And it does not disappear until I finish this damn quest. Very disturbing.

 

Any idea, if this is a known bug? I tried to adjust the UI, but it seems this type of message is not movable.

Unable to remove the message ...

Same for me. Stuck with it on screen.

Even modifying the UI layout doesn't move it (as it is supposed to be).

 

I have finished all side quests available around and it's still stuck on my damn screen.
