I tried opening BnS updater but it always shows update error saying E02002, I just installed in C++ and DirectX10, restarted my computer, and still nothing.

Same problem here. The NCSOFT Support team couldn't help me fix it either and I've tried asking around on Livestreams and other sites but to no avail.

Sadly none of that worked for me. I've already also gone through a lengthy support ticket to no avail also.

The best solution is to find someone who can upload the game client to a torrent link, it would be such a great help..

Try to disable your Firewall and Anti-Virus this might help somehow..
