Missing Launcher error 3002

[Ollam]

Using windows 10, i deactivated my antivirus and firewall, launched and installed the game, created a desktop shortcut during the installation, shortcut that points to..... nowhere.

Looked for the bns folder > bin, launched the game client and after gameguard finish updating i get error 3002 for missing launcher.

 

Uninstalled, reinstalled....4 times. Nothing.

 

Any help please? it would be much appreciated.

EDIT: Well looks like it's fixed by downloading the launcher alone,here:

http://launcher.patcher.ncsoft.com/NC-Launcher/NC-LauncherSetup.exe

this also happens on my brothers PC but on mine, the exact same thing works fine. what the helll , someone please help

Alright, so it's actually quite simple in retrospect, I just had this problem. You have to uninstall everything BnS related first,this includes the launcher. Then you need to download the launcher again, you can get it from here: http://launcher.patcher.ncsoft.com/NC-Launcher/NC-LauncherSetup.exe 

 

After that, download and install the BnS game, you can get it from here: http://www.bladeandsoul.com/en/download/

 

This should solve the problem, just launch from the BnS shortcut. The reason is that the game points to the launcher, but if you install BnS first, then the shortcut has nowhere to point at. Hope this works!

good day, another solution that does not imply download from 0? either relocating the address of the accesses, my connection is not as good as downloading so many times, since I want to place it in several computers of my business.
