Forum Search Button and suggested improvements!

Hey guys, 

wanted to ask something, is the forum search button just for me buggy or anyone else?

If I click on any language at the top bar I see the search bar at the new loading page for tenth of  a second and then its gone.

Im using the chrome browser v.47.x.x.x..

 

And the next point i would like to ask, is there any king of threads/postings for suggested improvements?

I had a lot of improvents that i would like to tell NCsoft, to make a great game much greater :)

 

Sorry for my bad english, its not my main language and I hope u all can still read and understand it.

//edit: I cant use forum signature, its an uploaded image at imgur its 380x117. It tells me " Your chosen signature does not meet the guidelines. " does anyone know how to solve the problem?
