I get stuck on the launcher downloading repair files. Ihave tried for more than 3 hours. Ive restarted modem and pc and still the problem

I had the same problem but I was able to fix it for myself.

Step 1. Restart your pc

Step 2. Disable your Antivirus

Step 3. Start Blade and Soul.

I hope this works for you it did for me.

Still nothing, i disabled everythind kaspersky antivirus, windows defender, and still nothing, thanks anyway. 3 days ago i had a problem with my razer software and i had to uninstall it. And wont be able to use my gamepad again. I think y will go for my master packs refund and unstall the game, too many bugs, very sad
