BnS crashs after I click play now.

I think i found the issue guys but i cant fix it so my friend pulled up his working files hes in the game right now and in the path

C:\Program Files (x86)\NCWest\NCLauncher\Download his is empty mine comes up with an additional folder labeled BnS and when I try and delete it it replaces itself within 1-2 seconds with another copy

so something is failing in the launcher and causing it to put an additional folder that i believe is failing the game

Also submitted a tech ticket just in case. Hopefully, they respond.

same thing man i dont have anything in the BnS download folder

i deleted it and it didnt make another copy and i tried to load it again and still crashed

folder is empty here, crashing as always

I'm also giving this area a serious look since the folder  doesn't seem to be the definitive problem. Under pathing C:\Program Files (x86)\NCWest\NCLauncher there's a FileInfoMap_NCWest.dat document when opened with text document you will see an area labeled NCUpdater.dll:1138688:2ef55e02e31a1cf3d9bb98fa454c96f6c9f9a537:0 which is popping up for us when we get the crash report not sure if this is where the issue is happening or not

I had the razer crash problem at intro cinematic before, but with the patch today it now crashes at the NCSoft screen on startup. :/

its funny how everytime i run the game nclauncher verifying files when my folder for the updates are empty and still run the game

It feels like they don`t really care since we are just a couple of people with this problem.. wish they at least say something, like anything.

do you mean changes that came with the last update? If you do, i guess the only change that they did was the spam bots have to be at least 10 lvl to use faction chat.

@Lemanade The update was 80MB+ and it was just to fix spam bots? LOL. Anyway, I'm trying to delete some DLL files 1 by 1 and doing the repair. I will share my findings once successful. :)

TEMP FIX: Enable all the Razor crap you disabled and it will load up, but will crash randomly!

Man i deleted the game installed it in D and C still the folder with the update is empty

I have the same issue. My game was running fine then after this last update maintenance I can't get past the logo screen after logging in the game keeps crashing and giving me the same error report.
