Character stuck in falling animation and t-pose in combat.

Not sure what's causing this but it's happened 4 times now and forces me to log out or load in to another zone to fix. Pretty much my character gets stuck in falling animation/t-pose and moving the mouse just rotates the camera around me instead of turning my character.

Hey Nosferatu919, can you please put in a Support Ticket so that our Customer Service team can try to help you troubleshoot what might be causing this?
